In my Counselling practice, I use Integrative therapies. Integrative therapy is a client-based, broadminded therapy that uses a variety of therapeutic tools and approaches. It is a flexible and inclusive treatment that can be tailor-made for each client's needs and preferences by combining treatment tools from various therapeutic modalities.
Integrative therapy is about more than just lying on a couch, talking about childhood or repressed memories. The client plays an active role in setting up their treatment plan. Together with the therapist, they develop a unique and effective form of treatment that is suitable and effective for them.
Counselling will enable you to:
Take responsibility for your life
Balance your life
Be in control of your life
Think more clearly, through making room for multiple options.
Be a better listener.
Communicate more effectively with others.
Manage your thoughts, moods and behaviours more effectively.
Acquire skills and thought patterns to do what you cannot do right now.
